Public Information Records Request

On April 11, 2022, the Llano County Commissioners Court voted to improve the Public Information Records Request (PIRR) process taken within the county structure in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and the Public Information Act, Chapter 551 and Chapter 552.

ALL Public Information Records Requests (PIRR) must be submitted through the Llano County Portal located at: https://www.co.llano.tx.us/page/LLano.PublicInformation.

If any Elected Official, Department Head, or Employee receives a PIRR, they have been instructed to reply with the following information:

process accepting Public Information Records Request.

ALL Public Information Records Requests must be submitted through the
Llano County Website portal at:
https://www.co.llano.tx.us/page/LLano.PublicInformation.

No Request will be answered on a private email or on an individual
basis from this point forward.

Please keep in mind Records can be obtained at the
Llano County Clerk's Office located at 107 W. Sandstone, Llano, Texas 78643

 

Llano County Records, such as Commissioner Court Documents, Deeds, Probates, Criminal, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage License, and MORE can be obtained at the Llano County Clerk’s Office WITHOUT the Public Information Request Form.  Contact the Llano County Clerk’s Office at 325.247.4455 or https://www.co.llano.tx.us/page/llano.County.Clerk.
