On April 11, 2022, the Llano County Commissioners Court voted to improve the Public Information Records Request (PIRR) process taken within the county structure in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and the Public Information Act, Chapter 551 and Chapter 552.
ALL Public Information Records Requests (PIRR) must be submitted through the Llano County Portal by emailing a copy of the below Public information Request Form as an attached .pdf document to: email@example.com
If any Elected Official, Department Head, or Employee receives a PIRR, they have been instructed to reply with the following information:

No Request will be answered on a private email or on an individual
basis from this point forward.

Llano County Clerk's Office located at 107 W. Sandstone, Llano, Texas 78643
Llano County Records, such as Commissioner Court Documents, Deeds, Probates, Criminal, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage License, and MORE can be obtained at the Llano County Clerk’s Office WITHOUT the Public Information Request Form.
